MUSIC PROJECT MANAGER

• Entrusted with the management of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while cultivating coordination among team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

CONSULTANT

• Working with artists, producers, studios and labels advising them towards their goals & development, assisting in navigating both industry and market

• Providing guidance in all aspects of the business throughout the process, from initial formation to potentially becoming an actual product and brand

• Product and brand development with a key emphasis on establishing direction based on quality and excellence, striving to create a true marketable identity

• Advising on, and organizing catalogues, in preparation for: brokerage & exploitation, licensing, e-commerce (online sales), distribution and placement

• Contract negotiations for acquisitions, rights & licensing (masters, mechanical, sync, etc.) along with all relevant business and legal affairs

• Contract re-negotiations in accordance to market direction, or fluctuating conditions in order to make any necessary adjustments (improvements)

• Management of product to market development strategies, including supervising all relevant publicity, promotions and  cross-promotions

• Consulting on the production of specialty entertainment brands and products along with the adaptation of content for different global markets

• Liaising with global companies and providers facilitating the international development and marketing of products and brands

• Directing: production, recording, design, content creation, multimedia, web design, graphic art, imaging, photo, audio-visual, merchandise design & creation, c.d. & vinyl fabrication.
